Pet Policy
Pets are family, and they're always welcome at Verse! We proudly welcome up to two pets per apartment with no weight restrictions.
• First Pet: $400 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
• Second Pet: $200 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
• Pet Rent: $25 per pet, per month (cats and dogs)
